Niantic has just implemented a radical change to how Pokemon IVs and moves are determined based on trainer levels. As such all info displayed on our scanners are not applicable for most trainers who are level 25 and above.
Therefore, IVs and moves info will be disabled until further notice to avoid any further confusion and disappointment. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is one of those things that are beyond our control
