We’ve just been made aware of a major connection stability issue affecting both our game servers and all of our services since a few days ago. We’re suspecting it’s related to a major fiber cable fault in the Philippine but are unable to confirm further. We’ve already reported the issue to our Internet Service Provider and are awaiting response.
